Al Cantara

3 musicians, 1 juggler, 1 dancer

A bridge between the cultures, at the crossroads of Celtic and Arab/Andalusian music.

Let yourselves be rocked by this duet of veuzes (bagpipes from the west of France) accompanied by a traditional drum and a pair of Karkabous (metal castanets used by the North African Gnawas). The dancer's arabesques will carry you away on an energetic whirlwind backed up by the actions of the juggler !
A real artistic perspective which will certainly appeal to you.
A link between tradition and modernity, a bridge between the East and the West.
Over the two days you can find them strolling through the streets of the medieval town.
In addition, they will be enlivening the medieval banquet on Saturday evening toget
her
with the other troupes.
